By completing this form, I declare:

I agree to participate in a minimum of 4 trips per year, with the option for annual renewal.
I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of Brian’s Wolfpack (available at www.americanbarbershop.nl), including that the Organizer is not liable for financial, personal, medical, or other setbacks (including illness or accidents).
I am responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance and covering all financial costs related to the trips.
I understand that all booked trips are subject to the Tour Operator’s conditions and that flights must be booked independently, with support from tips and instructions.
I consent to the use of my personal data for the organization of the Alpha Pack and for potential promotional material (photos/videos), unless otherwise indicated.e.

General Terms and Conditions Alpha Pack – Brian’s Wolfpack

1. Definitions

Organizer: Brian, owner of American Barbershop, responsible for coordinating Brian’s Wolfpack and the Alpha Pack.
Alpha Pack: An exclusive group of men committed to four adventurous trips per year under the banner of Brian’s Wolfpack.
Member: A participant who has registered and been accepted into the Alpha Pack.
Tour Operator: The external party (American Renegade Active Travel and/or other collaborating tour operators) responsible for the execution of the trips.

2. Participation and Commitment

2.1. By registering for the Alpha Pack, the Member agrees to participate in a minimum of four (4) trips per year, as organized by Brian’s Wolfpack.
2.2. After the first year, participation can be renewed annually, subject to mutual agreement between the Organizer and the Member.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse applications or terminate participation if the Member does not meet expectations or disrupts group dynamics.

3. Liability

3.1. The Organizer is in no way liable for financial, personal, medical, or other setbacks that the Member may experience before, during, or after the trips, including but not limited to accidents, illness, injury, delays, cancellations, or material damage.
3.2. The Member is fully responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance covering all travel-related risks, including medical expenses, cancellations, accidents, and repatriation.
3.3. The Member is solely responsible for bearing all financial costs related to the trips, including but not limited to travel expenses, insurance, personal expenses, and any additional costs due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Trip Organization

4.1. All booked trips are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Tour Operator (American Renegade Active Travel and/or other collaborating tour operators). The Member acknowledges and accepts these terms upon registration.
4.2. Flights must be booked by the Member independently. The Organizer will provide tips and instructions to facilitate this process but bears no responsibility for the execution or costs of these flights.
4.3. The Organizer acts solely as a coordinator and facilitator of the Alpha Pack trips and is not a travel agency in the legal sense.

5. Responsibilities of the Member

5.1. The Member declares to be physically and mentally capable of participating in the adventurous activities of the Alpha Pack, such as fishing, bushcraft, and rock climbing.
5.2. The Member is responsible for arranging necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visas) and vaccinations in a timely manner.
5.3. The Member must adhere to the behavioral guidelines and instructions of the Organizer and Tour Operator during the trips to ensure safety and group cohesion.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Cancellation of participation in a trip by the Member is subject to the cancellation conditions of the Tour Operator. The Organizer is not responsible for refunds.
6.2. If the Member cancels their Alpha Pack participation within the first year, the costs for already planned trips remain due, in accordance with the Tour Operator’s conditions.

7. Privacy

7.1. Personal data of the Member will be used solely for the organization of the Alpha Pack and will not be shared with third parties, except with the Tour Operator for travel purposes.
7.2. The Member consents to the use of photos and videos taken during the trips for promotional purposes of Brian’s Wolfpack, unless otherwise indicated.

8. Applicable Law

8.1. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
